Can I buy a package and build it myself?
The simple answer is, YES. It all depends on the individual and their dedication and willingness to learn, along with the added help of a few friends or contractors along the way. Building a home can be a relatively simple undertaking, or a highly sophisticated and complex project. Any person who is considering building their own home, should ensure that they have the expertise and capability to accomplish the task set forth. What you can be certain of is that your panelized home package will make your home building project signigificantly faster and easier than starting from scratch.
Can I change the floor plan?
Yes, any of our floor plans can be modified to suit any your needs. Many of the homes already have optional configuarations with additional rooms and all of our plans are alos available in reverse form. You can change room sizes, windows, exterior finishes, add a fireplace, french doors, home theatre room, an office, the options are only limited to your imagination!
